Omar A. Ceja is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and native of Kern County, California, who brings a dynamic blend of military discipline and entrepreneurial drive to every venture he takes on. After completing his service, Omar made a bold decision—to work for no one but himself. That mindset has fueled a journey through multiple industries, establishing him as a true serial entrepreneur.

With a background that spans real estate, fashion, and financial coaching, Omar has founded and led businesses including his own line of shapewear and continues to empower others as a financial coach. His ability to combine military precision with business savvy has made him a strategic force in every role he plays.

Omar currently serves as the Treasurer of the Artius Group, where he brings leadership, financial insight, and a commitment to growth and excellence. His story is one of resilience, vision, and a relentless pursuit of success on his own terms.

Sheila has always been an affordable housing advocate.  Sheila was a licensed Realtor for 15 years.  She believes Artius Group LLC’s mission will lead the sustainable housing movement and empower communities around the world to thrive through environmentally responsible and socially impactful development.  Artius will also

empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.  Sheila is also President of VETS365, a veteran non-profit organization.  She works tirelessly to find housing resources and feed homeless veterans. Her passion is helping others!!

Theophilus Tor is the Vice Chairman of Artius Group LLC, a trailblazing company dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable building materials to public and private sector clients. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Tor brings discipline, strategic insight, and an unshakable commitment to excellence into the building materials industry.

With a sharp focus on high-performance, eco-conscious solutions, Theophilus has helped shape Artius Group into a trusted supplier for modern infrastructure projects. My leadership philosophy is built around three core principles:  

• Vision and mission.   I enjoy sharing my vision and thoughts for accomplishing the mission with the Board of Directors and other equity members, but I also place great value on the feedback and thoughts of other team members.  I have learned that my way is not always the best, so I listen often.
• Freedom of action. Training and empowering others and giving them freedom of action builds confidence, durability, and a stronger partnership. 
• Responsibility. By allowing freedom of action, team members understand that they are responsible for their decisions and actions, and will be held accountable by other equity members and the Board of Directors.  We all work together to keep everyone accountable.
