My leadership philosophy is built around three core principles:  

  • Vision and mission.   I enjoy sharing my vision and thoughts for accomplishing the mission with the Board of Directors and other equity members, but I also place great value on the feedback and thoughts of other team members.  I have learned that my way is not always the best, so I listen often.
  • Freedom of action. Training and empowering others and giving them freedom of action builds confidence, durability, and a stronger partnership. 
  • Responsibility. By allowing freedom of action, team members understand that they are responsible for their decisions and actions, and will be held accountable by other equity members and the Board of Directors.  We all work together to keep everyone accountable.
